We migrated the existing RedManShop site from SFCC (Salesforce's Demandware) to Shopify Plus. With over 10k active products and over 5k members, this one was of our larger dev works. RedMan is currently the largest baking supplies provider in Singapore.

Setting up all the necessary integration such that the all the products inventory and orders are welll synced considering the company also has over 15 physical outlets. Optimizing inventory updates to ensure real-time updates took some effort from all parties involved.
